Description
The series "The Treatment of Eating Disorders. The Multidisciplinary Work of the Gruber Residence" is part of the outreach activities promoted by the Gruber Onlus Foundation and its educational arm Academy of Nutrition Sciences - ASNU.
Through the accounts of multidisciplinary work in Gruber Residence, collected in the context of the team supervisions conducted monthly by Massimo Recalcati, the series aims to foster reflections useful for the orientation of the clinical practice of professionals involved in the treatment of patients with Eating Disorders.
In particular, the clinical stories collected in this volume provide an opportunity for theoretical and clinical insight into the patient’s family context.
