The International Conference on Eating Disorders is a Gruber Foundation project.
Since 2014, Fondazione Gruber has organised an International Conference on Eating Disorders (EDs) every two years, designed for professionals involved in the psychonutritional rehabilitation of patients with severe eating disorders and psychiatric comorbidities.

The V Edition of the International Conference on Eating Disorders on the theme ‘The Primacy of the Clinical Case. Clinical Cases in the Treatment of Eating Disorders.’ will be held in Bologna on 22 and 23 November 2024 at the Fondazione Mast Auditorium.
